    Thanks boo, I've emailed CS so we'll see what they say. Had my shop planned to within an inch of it's life for a min spend with some goodies with spits/vouchers etc. Now i'm deflated. Wine and chocolate here I come.

    Winchester store i've had loads of issues with them not scaning extra points vouchers and being really argumentative if you get bargain!

    I find the ss a bloomin nuisance to be honest. Tried them again tonight and when you are using vouchers it just asks for assistance all the time so I find you are much quicker just goin to the till and trying your luck. Seems to work ok for me :D
