what can i do?

ok so last year my 3 year relationship ended, and stupidly at the start of the relationship i took bank overdrafts and a credit card to pay the rent and bills because i couldnt survive on only my £40 something quid a week jsa! 3 years on i am still struggling to repay this, and the ex goes and leaves! i know it was stupid to take it all in my name only but apparently he had bad credit ratings!

now 1 year after him leaving i have paid about £3000 off the bills but there is still more, the overdrafts got used again to pay water gas and electric bills!

i am in a new relationship and i have been for about 10 months, problem is guy lives in holland and i wanna go live with him, so i need to sort out the rest of this, is there a way i can put it all together and pay a couple pounds a week til i find a job out there?
