    Thanks for posting the letter.

I pasted the address straight from the web site and I have just gone back on to it from the link - any one else having the problem?

Your link now seems to work.

I was getting an "empty document" at first, which was odd...

I would wait until they write again, bub.

Next time they phone, simply refuse to answer the 'DPA' question that they are legally obliged to ask, in order to verify that they are talking to the right person, and tell them you will only communicate by letter. It will, doubtless, take many such calls before they get the message, but they will, eventually.

Looks like Mackenzie Hall have been busy little monkeys the past few weeks!!

I do agree with you, my son who has been persued by 1st credit, now we had about four phone calls to my son, by Mackenzie Hall, who wants to speak to him. Though son was out at the times they called, l also knew about them from logging on here.
He wanted to know when son going out to work, or when l can speak to him. I said midnight, lol. I said if you want to get him put it in writing, he said we already done so, l know they did think about five years ago. We do not know what debt they are after, or if son owes any money any where. We are not a messager service, l know if he does speak to them he could be acknowledging the debt, or like one comment on here, they can twist words round. thank to all who fight on behalf of rights on people xx lindann xx

You can only acknowledge a debt by making a payment or in writing. Speaking to them on the phone doesn't acknowledge a debt so don't let them try to pull that one on you.
