Now then... I'm off work today and for the rest of this week and next - I'm on study leave. Basically, I have a 20,000 word dissertation to write and this is my chance. Problem being I've got little or no motivation. Every time I look at the mountain of books/journal articles my head goes into a spin and I get so confused I don't know where to start. I know that once I've started I'll be ok... but that's it! So I've set myself a target - 2,000 words a day. Not sure how doable that is but I need to give it a very good go if I'm going to pass this thing!Life is all about the journey.0

Hello compers. I hope you all had a great bank holiday weekend.
Can you bloomin' believe it!
Last weekend my boiler died so I had Sunday - Tuesday with no heating/hot water. I've just come back from a lovely long weekend away and my gas ran out this morning. I went out to the meter to put on some emergency credit...... and the bloomin meter screen has broken. So I'm sat here yet again with no heating and hot water waiting for a British Gas engineer to come out.
And the postie arrived today with no wins for me either.
