    You are not alone! Just make sure that you don't have the money to pay for his social life, new trainers etc. Some kids don't want a lot, but if they do, then at that age they should at least be trying to earn it themselves!

    Also worth dropping hints about you not being able to afford to pay for driving lessons, subbing his university studies (if he wants to go) etc. ;)
