Power2Contact and Bankrupt

Hi, i have just recieved a letter through the post from a company called Power2contact on behalf of the phone company called "3" They are trying to collect the debt that i owe the "3" company from an outstanding bill that i refuse to pay as i was overcharged.

Does this company have the right to enter my home or make legal proceedings if i dont pay them the debt they are trying to recover?

I am currently bankrupt at the moment also as i was repaying in IVA and couldnt make the repayments due to loosing my job. Will being bankrupt give me a leg to stand on so to speak over paying them and not having the funds to do so?

Please advise.
