Yes, that's fine, she needs it for her living expenses.

Most OR's trun a blind eye as to where the BR fees come from. They'll only see it as cash withdrawals from the account anyway, so will probably assume it's gone towards living expenses.

    Can i just clarify something......................

Wifes salary paid into account 28th month, CTC & WTC will also be paid 28th month.

Can she withdraw this immediatety to leave balance as zero (not a creditor of hers) as we will be going br on the 4th sept Yes, absolutely. You will need this money to keep you going until you get your new bank account(s) up and running.

Also i am currently not recieving any income or benefits at the moment,(have applied but no answer yet) but i am using my overdraft facility for living expenses and it will pay for both br................ will this cause me any problems with OR ? As long as you're not taking the pee ;) withdrawing to cover your BR fees shouldn't be a problem. Lots of people do this and the OR generally turns a blind eye to this.

    thanks in advance

Make sure you keep all receipts ect as the OR is bound to ask where the 4k went and seeing as it is traceable throgh your b/a there is no way he/she wont get to know about it.D

I'd withdraw the money for BR fees now just in case they stop your overdraft facility.
