Receiving money from abroad

My father lives in Australia and wants to send me some money. What's the cheapest way he could do this electronically? Last time he sent me a Money Order I lost £50 in fees - about a quarter of the money sent!

One possibility is Paypal - I have a business account there. But are there other options which don't involve huge bank fees?

not sure if Martin's article on sending money overseas will help? I know it's not the same thing but it might have some useful info still.
