here's the text entry method if they don't get it fixed ...
First time register....
First register - send a one off message to TAB REGISTER followed by your full name, address & post code to 66633
eg: Jane smith, 19 High street, AB12CD
using a comma after your name and your house / street only
( text cost normal tariff & you need not register again unless you change your details)
In a new message type Tab(followed by the issue number)
then all your answers (spaces between answers) to66633
Texts cost 25p + your normal tariff
