Really?!?!? I went to the dentist a few months ago for the first time in about 9 years (am a naughty girl I know) and there's nothing wrong with my teeth so maybe that's why! She told me to start flossing though which I hate the thought of so haven't started yet (I did buy the floss in Boots thou)

If you don't like the idea of floss try the little interdental TePe brushes available from Boots, Superdrug etc!

If you get any food traps just dip the brush in toothpaste or fluoride mouthwash before use!

    OR...
G.U.M soft picks are very good for interproximal areas (between teeth)

    caught up.......

    Happy birthday Carl!

Squirrel - to be a qualified Indian Head Massage person you need to do the NVQ qualification but before that you have to do the NVQ in Anatomy and Physiology (I think - pretty sure you do). You should be able to do it at your local Adult Education centre or FE college. Google ITEC Indian Head Massage for details.

I am very full of sausage.........

Thanks BB! They do it at the college I work at, but it's a bit expensive for the mo - they seem to include the anatomy bit in the course as far as I can work out - don't think it's an NVQ though.. VTCT diploma I think? Have found a place that does a one-day 'taster' course so might give that a go first.

    Awaiting Lenny's sausage-related comment... :rotfl:

I am so sick of well......feeling sick. Had to pop into Asda and thought I was going to keel over, you know that hot feeling you get just before you puke, how embarrasing if I had thrown up in the aisle.

Upside is I have lost at least 3lbs in weight. :j

God Im a moaning cow at the moment arent I:o
