It's the same as the free mousemat site.
On the first page, click on "contact" on the menu at the right.
Then click on "free chocolates"
And then "client" or "non client" (I'm assuming most of us are not clients?)
It should be said I only just found this after going for a free mouse mat, I have no idea if they'll arrive.
