Hi
Link are taking us to court next week for Redetermination and they said they are going to try for a CHARGING ORDER. We have a CCJ with them and not missed a payment in the 2 months we've had it.
They have said in the letter that they will then accept any offer of repayment if a charging order is granted.
What happens if they get a Charging Order against us?
Please can someone help as I really don't know what this all means.
