i recently bought a few items online i recieved some of them but not all of them i emailed them to say dont bother sending me the rest i just want my money back. i have rang them up and they have said i have alreadly recieved my money but i havent the lines of communication have been lost and now i just want my money back ive heard the bank can help me with this is this true

Yes call your credit card company and do a chargeback - I have posted a tip here when you buy something online IF you can pay via paypal to protect yourself better from situations like these.

so, you've got an email saying they've refunded the money via the same card?
just forward it to your bank and ask them to sort it out by either tracing the payment they claim to have made or by reversing the original transaction.0
