Amazon refunds

I bought a sat-nav from Amazon, price £230, now £200 grrr, but have decided that it offeres no real advatnage over my existing one. I have used it for a couple of journeys, but Amazon says I can only have a refund on unused and sealed items. There were no seals, but what are my chances of getting a refund?
