Graduate Mortgage Help Please

Hello, me and my parnter have recently graduated and after a mortgage of 133,000 on a 140,000 house with a 5% deposit. Earnings of 23k and 15k, i start work next month but have a 3 month probation period...what is the chances of me gettin a mortgage? Its a 2 year contract but has a 3 month probabation, seen a house i wish to buy privately so dont really have any time to wait for the 3 months to finish....anyone got any advice and which bank to use? I heard Halifax dont touch probation period!...any help on which bank would accept us would be great, we've both got good credit ratings so it just seems to be my probation..i was after an offical mortgage offer when i start so i can proceed asap! Thanks

There are only a few lenders that can look at this for you assuming there are no other debts in the background
