Does anyone know if there is anywhere where the public can buy luncheon vouchers in bulk at a discounted price? (exept e-bay)

You can bulk buy luncheon vouchers directly from Accor Services - see https://www.luncheonvouchers.co.uk BUT they are not discounted and in actual fact have a service charge added on. Luncheon vouchers only really benefit large companies who are able to 'pay' their employees up to £36 per year 'tax-free' in this way.0
