This is not good, i haven't won much this year and now they are taking prizes off me before they arrive

I don't smoke but I still entered as I go to festivals occasionally and thought it would make a good waterproof wallet type thing for money/phone etc.

I didn't see that the T+C's say u have to smoke to enter doh lol!!

Well i havn't had the dreaded 'sorry' email yet but it's probably on it's way. :rolleyes:

Hope at least some of us, out of 2000 have won lol!

haha just found T+C numer 2 which says:

I'm suprised it didn't say proof of smoking may be requested lol :rotfl:

well i suppose we all smoke in a way-smokers smoke in the street so even if you don't buy them we all smoke passively;)

I dont smoke no, but my bil does and he rolls his own and uses Rizla, would of passed it on to him as a jokey xmas present.

After my stinking email to them they have replied and told me they will "find one" for me and send me one. I wont hold my breath though. Not going to re-add it to my signature till it actually turns up... if it turns up lol !!

good on you claire, its awful they said you won only to say no you didn't. It is their error, so they should really uphold all notified wins.

mention the fact you are disgruntled enough to boycott their brand or words to that effect.

The email I got back was very apologetic and said that I was clearly a genuine customer (ahem!). Funny what they can come up with if they think they are going to lose business out of it hey !!
