wireless AV sender

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a decent, cheap, AV sender. I can get them on ebay for around about £30 - 40 with postage. Anyone seen any cheaper?
If you don't know what it is, it's the thing that lets you watch SKY in another room without any wires, using the existing sky box. They are usually two small aerials, and you can even change the channel with your existing (or a second remote) from the spare room.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

IrishO: let me know if these are suitable and if you have any problems, I've been considering them for sometime but have been a bit concerned about reception quality...0
