myself and my wife both went bankrupt in feb 2008 and we both received our early discharge notices.

we were wondering if anybody could give us advice on either a remortgage or sell the house we are in and be able to get a new mortgage on a new property.

thanks for any advice given

  • Hi,

Due to the current credit problems alot of the companies that use to be bankrupt friendly have increased there changed their LVT and how long you have been discharged for. Chelsea for example use to be happy once your discharged now its a year and the LVT has gone from75% to 65%
