Where to get a Flower bouquet?

I ordered some flowers through Teleflorist last week. The came yesterday and they were truly dreadful. I ordered a £40 bouquet and got 3 half-wilted roses, 3 gerbera and 1 lily - that £5.20 per stem!
I've sent them a letter stating I'm not happy and have asked for a refund. Doubt I'll get anything back though :mad:0 -

An update for you.....
Teleflorist have just got back to me and explained what went wrong with my order and have also offered me a full refund in light of my complaint :T
Good customer service does still exist !0
