Click on the contact us bit then a list comes up and you click mouse mat!

Yes, this is exactly what happened to me! Either they ran out or didn't like me and didn't want to send it out

I have reapplied for it so hopefully I will get it, my optical mouse on Wood doesn't work too well! :rolleyes:
