OK to clarify:
iPods: You need to plug the included adapter to your iPod to stream music in stereo to the headphones

iPhone: should work, but only mono sound. BUT the adapter will fit the iPhone, so a very strong possibility that you will be able to get stereo, albeit with a dongle hanging off your phone.

Mobile Phones: Should work with 99+% of the ones in the market that have bluetooth inside. Your mobile phone will need to support AD2P to stream stereo sound, otherwise you will just get mono.

Macs: OSX Tiger doesn't have AD2P, but OSX Leopard does. Should be 100% compatible.

Windows: Should work with Vista as it has AD2P.

arrived today - 3 hours to charge up headphones - stuck adaptor into ipod and off you go - sound quality excellent and can control ipod from buttons on phones - going to try to pair to a few other bluetooth gadgets i've got - well pleased
