Welcome Car Finance
Ok, i took a car out with them (welcome car finance_ at the end of january with brakedown recovery, Mechanical breakdown + total loss insurance, all my payments have been made on time so everything ok there.
When we got the car it had 68404 miles since having the car we had a brakedown were the alternator went, that got fixed with the insurance - car has been fine.
Last night from picking my partner up from work, we lost power and broke down, called for recoverey and the cambelt has snap.
We are covered with accordance to the manufactures recomendations, when looking at the sevice book it has been stamped at 27373 miles 46312 miles and the last one hasnt been written in, so i phoned the company (today) who serviced the car and it was done at 65630 miles.
The next service is 84000 miles i think, but when pressing botton on dash it says another 10000 miles.
Basic i would like to know were i stand before i ring them, will we be liable for the cost as the book says every 10 years or 80000 miles - or will it go by the next service, i really cant afford for this to have happend, were do i stand.
Thanks
Kerri
