Quick drying roll-on deodorant wanted

I've been using Sure roll on deodorant for years - was perfectly happy with it's performance and suited my skin OK. Now for some reason, they've changed the formulation along with the packaging (it's upside down now) and it just won't dry! I walk around naked for 15 minutes or so after applying it, and often have to resort to blasting me pits with the hairdryer if I'm in a rush!

Can anyone recommend a nice quick-drying deodorant - I only use roll-ons due to cost, and less packaging. I tried the creamy stick type once, but didn't like the feel of it.

Thanks

Im so glad its not just me. I was using the sure spray and noticed it wasnt the same ( i was getting a bit of a whiff happening after a shift at work) so thought Id go back to the roll ons - and the damm stuff just didnt dry

Switched to Dove and once I got used to the strong perfume I'm loving it (thats the spray not the roll on)

I use the Dove roll on and find that by the time I've finished putting on my underwear and tights I'm pretty much ok to start getting dressed.

  • Dove roll on is good and I have not noticed it taking long to dry.

I've used the Dove stick for a long time and it's brilliant. However, on a money saving spree I bought buy one gte one free soft and gentle roll ons. They just don't dry???!!! I'd recommend the Dove stick, I just feel there is some protection there rather than the wet stuff that won't dry?!

I prefer the Dove stick but only bought the roll ons as they were on offer. They never seem to do the sticks on offer:confused:

Try Mitchum , it's brill sure there a money off vouchers somewhere. Will have a nose and report back.
There are 50% off (seems like they take £1.50 off) and £1 off not sure if you can use them both together.
    Booo!!!
  • Have to say I know mitchum has it's fans but I'm not one of them - it's the only deoderant that seems to MAKE me smell....

I find Mitchum does stop the sweat, but you could grow old and die waiting for the rollon to dry!
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
  • I have just moved over to a Nivea roll-on after the mitchum started to disagree with my newly pregnant body.

I am finding it very good - dries in the time it takes me to moisturise and seems to last really well, even through hot flushes!

It's the purple one and it smells loverley too!
