  • The Metro now has an e-edition which you can subscribe to, great if you want to read it but don't always travel by public transport. http://www.metro.co.uk/e-metro

I noticed that there is a "print" option and that the e-edition includes the MOC's, has anyone tried to print out the coupons and been successful using them yet?

The Orange sim card offer is in the e-edition today btw :D

To claim up to 2 free Orange sim cards with the £5 free credit offer, take this voucher to your local Orange shop or text the word Metro, your full name, address and postcode to 84555 or go online to www.orange.co.uk/metro1freesim by August 31 2008

    Thanks Nudge ...

I have checked online and these are £1.85 for two .. so if this in store too ...

    Buy 2 Papers ... 2 x £1.15 (£2.30) - £1.85 for 2 Packs = 45p 'profit' ... less of course 2 x 30p Sun's (60p) ... soooooo 15p for 12 packs ... or indeed multiples of ...

    :^)

Theyre on offer in my store at 4 for £3.50....so even more profit.....

As you are all probably aware the sun has a voucher in today for a free six pack of Chicken Tikka Walkers Crisps. However they are on special at £1.85 for 2 (usually £1.15 each) at Tesco. So if you buy two and hand over two vouchers the following happens:

    £1.15 Crisps
    £1.15 Crisps

    Adjusted Total £1.85

    Coupon £1.15
    Coupon £1.15
    Total Coupon £2.30

So owed 0.45p but as this cannot happen purchased chocolate bar for 46p so balance 1p to pay.

So for 1p got chocolate bar and 12 packs of crisps for the price of 2 Suns (30p each)

Therefore £0.61p spend for 12 packs of crisps and chocolate bar!! not bad
