Defaults - Didnt Know

Hi, I have checked my file and have found 3 defaults even though I thought I had made arrangements to pay the debts which I have been doing. The issue is that I was never made aware of this, should they inform u in writing ?? is there now way I can get these removed ?

If you have come to an arrangement but this is less than you should be paying or you are paying arrears off, techinically you are still in default as you are paying less than the original agreement says you should.
A default will stay on your file for 6 years.
