    On contacting the Nationwide today as a non customer they told me that they have a tracker mortgage available to current borrowers and that could be offered at 5.74%. This would be fee free.Not much good to me but may help you.Might be a good idea short term?:j
  • yes i was aware of that tracker rate, but we really want to be sure of our payments each month. There's always the worry of rates going up over the tie-in period on a tracker, even though the tracker rate is good at the mo.
