Looking for a plasma tv earlier and came across this site on my google search. Can anyone tell me if they have had experience of this shop before I commit to buy? thanks!

I ordered a 26" lcd tv for my daughter's xmas last year, but was informed soon after that it had gone out of stock and although they were getting that model in again couldn't guarantee delivery in time for xmas. They gave me an upgrade to the next model in the range which included integrated freeview and would have cost about an extra £40 and delivered the next day.
Great customer service (and I don't work for flattelly :rotfl: )0
