I am in my overdraft by about 1k but earn about the same so every month i am still drowning and not clearing my debts.
I looked into getting a cc but apparently you can only do a balance transfer from a cc to another cc and not just from a debit card account. I didn't really want to get a loan and pay interest on it. My overdraft interest works out about £10 per month.
I really hope someone has some advice for me as i am really struggling at the moment. You guys seem really friendly so i look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks

There are some credit cards that allow you to do a balance transfer to your current account. These are known online as "super balance transfers" but are basically maoney transfers without the increased interest rates. Virgin is a good one to do that with - just make sure you don't spend on the card and that you always make the minimum payment on time.
