I have an Epson Stylus Photo R300 which I got from Currys online earlier in the year. It has been really good - touch wood - and has 3 slots where you can put your memory cards. We used to use the usb on the computer to transfer the photos from our digital camera but now use the printer slots as it transfers very very much faster!
Hope this helps

Have you used many cartridges and how much are they?

Hi,
Although we print lots the cartridges seem to last a fair while. As it takes 6 cartridges - it came with a full set of six when we bought it - when one of the colours runs out you only have to replace that one and it is easy to change as you just follow the instructions on the little screen on the computer.
I tend to buy the cartridges on ebay - I only use the branded ones as they tend to be as good - having worked at WHS and used theirs in the past I would rate branded against shops own! Last time I bought some cartridges for the printer I got them on ebay, £20 for all 6 and that was including delivery - and they were the proper epson ones - good eh?
