oh hon there is no need to delete it, we have all been there at some point. we can give endless advice as from your title it sounds asthough you have money going places that you don't know where. do you keep a spending diary? this is the best well to track all that mony and you'l be amazed where you see it ending up. me? redbull... soooo much redbull and sooo much money. didn't realise it til i kept track of my spending one month.
Give it a go. also are you underestimating for food etc and still including the old price before everything went skyward?
