Ipoq

Hi
I received a letter yesterday, regarding poss early discharge and an IPOQ form. This is going to sound a bit thick but Im a bit unsure as to how to fill the incomings/outgoings bit in. There are 2 of us in the household and we split the mortgage/bills etc.
Im fine with part 3 - incomings - and was just going to put my whole salary and their contribution/share of the bills.
In part 4 do I put the whole mortgage/council tax/etc amounts- or just my share?
Thanks

If you are putting in the other persons contribution then put in the whole amount of all joint household bills. But things like their car insurance etc cannot go on - thats there responsibility.

A word of advice make sure you send it back recorded delivery. It will cost about £5 but well worth it to be able to track it on line and make sure it got there;) .

Do you not have a copy of your original IPOQ that you did at the time of bc?.

    Thanks for the reply,
It was more the outgoings I was unsure of- if I should put my half in or the whole amount- but that makes sense- so thanks

    Hi Dalip
Thats a good idea re the recorded delivery- back in March I got a letter saying Id not returned the form saying I agreed to all the bankruptcy "terms" and had to send it again. I know I definately sent it all off with the rest of the stuff (which they received)so it must have gone astray somewhere in their office.

Ive probably got a copy of the original IPOQ but as I recall, I got all the figures wrong and the guy who interviewed me ended up just recalculating it all.

The reason i say send it recorded delivery is i sent mine back in april by special delivery(about £2) never realised you could track it on line. When i did the royal mail had lost it:mad: . I sent another by recorded delivery, tracked it on line and even saw who signed for it and what time:eek: .

When you have done your IPOQ if you want to pop it up we can check it for you.D
