Has an e-mail from HBoS and TMB cease trading from 22nd August. Cases have to be in by then. Also on Mortgage solutions site as well.:eek:

    if you were active in buy-to-let, self build or refurbishment markets it is a massive loss. Will be interesting to see if their criteria carry over to BM solutions

    Really? I found them to be a pointless waste of time! Obviously HBoS think so too!

    No skin off my nose and the products will still be availabe through BM. A sound business decision from HBoS I think
  • I haven't used TMB in years but they were a great company to deal with at one time. Mainly because there was only the likes of them UCB and Mortgage Express in the market.
    I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.
