I'm sure there were streets of houses in Blackburn that were being sold off for £1 each sometime in the 90's. Presumably under a similar scheme where you had to invest in improvements.
On another point flats that sold for £130k last year and now up for £65k in Preston, so that's over halfway there!0 -
