If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

The Moneysupermarket site is showing you the products available. It is subject to status, so for example if it is showing a rate of 5.99% with A N Other lender and you apply and have had arrears, defults or CCJ's, it is unlikely that lender will help you with that rate and you will be placed with another lender and of course at a higher rate.I am a Mortgage Adviser
You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Take advice with a pinch of sea salt!0
