Hi all,
I'm a bit confused to the whole process of house buying and can't get the mortgage broker on the phone at the moment.
We were recommended a mortgage by a whole of market broker and have applied for it. We have not received anything from the lender but we have been called by the surveyor and paid for their services.
Does this mean we have already been accepted for the mortgage? I just thought the lender would send us the documents, then we call the surveyor and then it works from there.
