This morning I got an email from Egg, reminding me it's my anniversary month and offering me 0% for six months if I transfer a balance.
And I don't have one to transfer!! :T
How cool is that?! Am so pleased!! :j :T :j :T :j
(I do actually have a balance on a Tesco 0%c but all the money to pay that off is on my savings - it's a kind of mini-stooze situation; every time I spend money on it on food, petrol, etc., which is all budgeted for, I transfer that money from my bank account into my ING savings. Plus I get Clubcard points.)
Some good news at last!! :beer:

Really cool Skintchick!! :T
I want to do the same thing when I get my Tesco cc.
How are you feeling today? Are you more positive?

Yes, thanks honey. Kept waking up last night with my heart pounding, and was very weepy this morning at home, but am just trying to keep my head down and get on with some work, while also researching freelance work!
Had a really long chat with my mum last night which helped - mums are fab!
Wish I wasn't so paranoid - my colleagues don't seem at all bothered!
EDIT - look! I just got my third star!! Hurrah! :T:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Nice one :j
Was wondering when you were given 3 stars, thought it was 500 posts!
Glad you're feeling better today, I always feel better the next day after I've had time to ponder things. I'm totally para as well so you're not alone there!Mortgage-free wannabe!0 -
Glad you're feeling better today skintchick, and good news about not having a balance to transfer either!
I've been offered a 6.9% life of balance transfer from Barclaycard (so glad I didn't close the account now!) - I've been rejected for a couple of 0% deals lately so am going to take it up and that will be last time I have to do a BT!!0 -

Nice. Egg are vile.
I got an email from them this morning offering their insurance to me. As if I am likely to touch their evil company again after the way they have been with us!0 -

Hi Skintchick
Would you be able to "stooze" using Egg's offer of 0% for 6 months?
Dunno how easy it is with Egg, and whether it'd be worth it in your case.

I don't do proper stoozing because I think I would spend it!! Best not to have the temptation I think. Also, don't think it would be enough interest to be worth it.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
