BR tomorrow 11am

Checked over my forms again last night and on the bit about bank accounts I have added the Abbey (also a creditor) old account. Plus my new Co Op account and marked this as the account my benefits go into. I did not have 2 boxes left so I added these below but under right colum.

On my statement I explain left husband 2001 moved to scotland, new partner lost job 2002 and we struggled from then with help of CAB offered reduced payments. With rising costs of living expenses rent increases, gas, elec etc. I am unable to meet my repayments.

Should I also add that I'm suffering from depression and panic attacks. Which I am on medication for from my doctor.

Hi,i'm sure someone far more knowleadgable than me can offer you their view on here, but my personal view is that it can't hurt to let them know all that is relevant. i don't know that it makes any difference but ....
and best of luck to you, maybe health will seriously improve when all this is over.
