You gov slow at prizes

I have been with you gov for a few months now and am surprised at how long they take to update the prizes info. There have been no prizes update since April. Are they normally this slow?
So far it has taken about 5 months to get up to £7.
One poll seems to be running a bit low on surveys at the moment too.
I only do these surveys any other ones worth doing? Just thinking about extra pennies in a few months time
