    I've heard from Bun on her hols in Devon. The sun has finally just about come out this evening, I've told her to stick her bikini on (I called her Miss Boobleadge 2008!!) ! It seems she has eaten a bit of a dodgy pasty though on her culinary exploration of Devon........whoops.......

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    He He... it looks like it says Spd 4 ZTD.........havent seen Spud around for a while either????

    Can anyone remember those car stickers that used to go on the windscreen of the cars with the driver and passengers names on.........own up now I am sure some of you will either remember or had them.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
