This personal information will not be used for any other purpose than to administer this competition, unless you indicate that you'd like to hear more from Tuaca. See the terms and conditions and privacy policy for further details. You and your guest must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.

2. To enter, complete the entry form. Make sure you have filled all fields and accepted the terms and conditions and select ‘Submit’.

3. The closing time and date for entries is midnight on 31 October 2008.

4. Only one entry per person. Third party or bulk applications will be invalid.

5. No responsibility is accepted for any form which is lost, delayed or damaged for technical or other reasons and as a result is not entered in the draw. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

6. The winner of the draw will be the first entrant drawn at random from all valid entries submitted and the draw will be supervised by an independent person.

7. The winner will be notified by email or telephone by 10th November 2008. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted by that date, or otherwise fails to claim the prize, a reserve winner may be drawn and awarded the prize.

8. Subject to term 9, below, the prize will be a 7 night trip for two to Colorado, USA. Prize includes two return economy flights from winner’s nearest UK major airport (subject to suitable service availability) to Colorado Springs, local USA transfers, 7 nights’ 3-star accommodation (based on winner and guest sharing). Winner and guest shall be responsible for arranging and paying for their travel to and from their departure airport, together with any additional expenses.

9. The US legal drinking age is 21, and, as a consequence, Tuaca is unable to send a younger winner or guest to Colorado. If the winner or the winner’s proposed guest is aged 18-20, the prize will be commuted to a trip to Italy, which trip shall otherwise be equivalent in all respects with the trip described in term 8.

10. Prize trip must be taken prior to 30 June 2009, must include a Saturday night away and may not be available over UK and USA public holiday periods.

11. Winner and guest will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize.

12. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.

13. Promoter shall book and pay for the prize as agent of the prize winner and traveling companion. Winner is responsible for all other administration associated with taking the prize.

14. Winner will need to validate his/her identity and age before being able to take the prize. If claiming the Colorado trip, winner and guest will need to evidence that he/she is 21 or over before the holiday is arranged. If claiming the alternative trip to [insert], winner and guest will need to evidence that he/she is 18 or over before the holiday is arranged. Both will need to hold a valid 10-year passport (and for the Colorado trip each must have at least 6 months’ validity remaining, and winner and guest must satisfy all US immigration entry requirements).

15. Winner and traveling companion may be required to participate in future publicity and by entering the competition consent to the use of their names and images for marketing and promotional purposes.

16. Winner and traveling companion should arrange their own travel insurance.

17. Any amendments to or cancellation of the trip made by the winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the Winner.

18. Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, should the original winner or their guest not validate his/her identity, age (and for Colorado the ability to legally travel to and enter the United States) within 14 days of the prize being notified, or if either otherwise fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions.

19. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.

20. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

21. The decision of Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
