Hi Damian,
With regards to my council tax, I called the council only to change the actual date my DD came out. Because I did this, they spread it out so it might be worth just doing that?
We also are a family of two adults and a 3 year old. Is your wife planning on working after the new baby has been born? I had to return to work when DS was 6 months, MIL looks after him and I pay her. Do you have family nearby that would be able to do this?
Do you meal plan and budget for food? Our shopping is about 220 atm as there is no Lidl or Aldi near me but I found it really helps to plan and make a list and buy/cook only to my plan.
Sorry about the rambling and probably no help
