It wasnt very money saving (£2.40!) but i havent bought a mag in 3 months at least.....So i splashed out on a copy of essentials just now in tesco. Great article Ms_london its like a little summary of everything we knew from here I will be cutting it out and keeping it for "inspiration" for when i need a little brief kick up the backside about my spending.

Edinburghlass and I, in true MSE style, had a peek at the magazine in Edinburgh airport this evening, before returning it to the shelf. You've done so well Ms_London!

There was no mention of MSE in the article.....so I'm assuming that your story was before your time on these boards. I hope that you get lots more ideas on here. Well done and many many congratulations on your achievement. :T

I'm going down to my local Lidl shortly. Next door to Lidl is Sainsbury's, so I shall nip in and have a look for the magazine because I am nosey. I shall also check out Sainsbury's prices too and marvel at all the people who like to shop in that expensive supermarket because they wouldn't be seen dead in Lidl!

I am so pleased for you, ms_london....I really am! :T

Unfortunately i'm not or I could have shown you a real good money saving time :D

I'm sure you won't be for long looking that good, even in a blurred magazine article! Just watch out for people who want you for your money.
