Hi All,
I am about to apply for a mortgage and have narrrowed it down to a fixed rate from the following lenders;
Nationwide
Cheshire Building Society
I was just wondering which one is the most fussy? We have satisfactory/good credit rating and a estimated LTV of 75% but I know being refused a mortgage can have a detriment to your credit score so am going to choose the least fussy first!

The Cheshire 10 year deal looked like a good one. The product fee is a bit more to the Nationwide 5 year fee, but not that much. I dunno - it's all a bit complicated, the Scarborogh 25year mortgage looks good as well!
I have heard that Nationwide are fussy (as well as from past experience) is this true? In relation to Cheshire/Scarborough BS?

They are both high street lenders so credit background is fussy for both lenders. If you have had no problems you are aware of and you have agreements in principle for both you'll be safe with both of them.
Abbey have 3 year deals at 6.19% with a £549 fee only accessed through brokers though.
If there isn't too much in the 2 products and you are not using an adviser literally just take your pick.I am a Mortgage Adviser
