Just wanted to share my elated feeling of paying off £1173 of debt today it feels good.
I'm still in around £22,417 (roughly) of debt but it feels great to pay a whack off! Hopefully next month i can pay at least another 3-400 off that figure too along with the standard payments, taking my debt to below the 22k figure!!
Waiting to get a call back too about a promotion within work which willpay me a better basic and bonus too, along with a car / car allowance. Feels good!
Anyway, i suppose the reason for this message is to say a big thankyou to everyone on this board. Ive only posted a handful of times but the info and advice ive picked up from reading other threads has helped me get myself in order and remain focused on that debt-free day, so thankyou everyone!!

Savings really, ive been putting £200 pm into an account to pay off all this debt but after reading another post realised that the interest I was earning there wasn't near as much as I was paying.
