You CAN post the code in your original post - as you have stated in its in a National magazine (maybe want to name it to be more specific) and is therefore open to all and not specific to you. And the thread is now in Discount codes and vouchers - so I think you are free to post the code for all to see

If you simply edit your OP then just put the code in - if you repost as a reply to this thread then state the source etc again just to keep yourself right

Hi supermum.
The code is 105A. There's box on the site that asks if you have a media code, just enter it and it will bring up the Guinness offer.
Source - National TV magazine.

Just soas we are clear:
The only codes that are permissible are ones that are openly available to all. Personal codes are meant only for the recipient and are therefore not meant to be passed onto others.
The reason we do not allow PMing of codes is that the only codes you should be offering are the "open to all" ones, and therefore they can be posted on the forum with an appropriate source. If your code is open to all, there should be no reason to PM it

So if someone posts a code, it has to be verified by two people before it's posted? The BG and yourself?
I honestly thought this was open to all .... it's not like a referrers code is it?
And someone posting a code by PM would just slow the whole process down imho FM. Whether it was allowed or not.
Let's face it - loads of people log in as guests, do nothing at all, yet get the benefits (apart from PM's), of most things that 'real posters' do on this site.
Why should people bother to register FM?
(The tone of this post looks awful, but I'm not sure how to re-word it or whether to put a smilie in ....)0 -
Hi found this thread whilst searching under cotton traders.
My husband looked at a cotton traders leaflet with the sun yeaterday and liked the Guinness dressing gown, looked this morning and he must have thrown it away with the paper.
Looked on the webpage www.cottontraders.co.uk and the ladies is half price, the mens is 39.99 although was down at 19.99 yesterday on leaflet, all the other items I noticed half price in the leaflet are half price online.
