Electric Shavers

As it's my brothers birthday coming up in about a month I made the mistake of asking what he'd like. Answer"=: One of those electric shavers. My problem is there are so many out there, all different prices and I was wondering if anyone could recommend one. I was thinking he would probably be better off with one that has the moisturising balm with it as he has sensitive skin. He hasn't used an electric razor for years as he had a cheap one previously and didn't like it much. He is currently using a Gillette Mac 3.
Can anyone give me any advice as to what to look for.
Thanks,
Susan
