EPSON R320 - Scratches on the screens!

Had my Epson R320 set up for a few days (Purchased brand new from Argos last month). Now noticed both the black and white / colour screens have picked up some horrible light/micro scratches and even a light duster wipe caused more of these scratches!
Does anybody else have this printer (Or the R300) and can they tell me the condition of their screens? (Look under a bright light). Wanting Epson to sort the problem, I could take it back to Argos but I'm taking a brand new purchased today scanner back to them tomorrow for exactly the same reason! (Scratches on the lid).
It must be some really cheap plastic in quite an expensive printer
