with regards to bankrupcy, how long does that stay with you?
6 years on your credit record but you can be asked if you are or have even been a BR for the rest of your life on insurance applications, mortgage applications, loans, CCs etc..... and you do have to answer honestly. It's definitely not something to be entered into lightly and if you're thinking of it then I would strongly advise you to contact CCCS or National Debtline for their advice
