LOFT INSULATION Building control want 250mm ?? HELP OPTIONS NEEDED !

I have converted my Garage, building control want 250mm of insulation. I wanted to know the best options for insulating and of course the best prices. Most places like B&Q etc do 170mm thick insulation so i would have to double up with something thinner. Are there any other options. Please help !!!!

go to your builders merchants they are cheaper than b&q. There rolls have four times the amount on them so for your job, two rolls will most probably do your job.

just double it up if one layer is less than 250mm.......
